Ordering from Hamro Appliances

You can place an order easily through our website. Simply browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout using your preferred payment method. You can place an order with or without creating an account, although an account gives you access to order history and tracking.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you spot an error, reach out to us immediately so we can make corrections before dispatch.


🚚 Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping to most locations in Australia. If your delivery address is in a remote or regional area, a small additional fee may apply. We will inform you before dispatch if any extra cost is required.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.


🔁 Cancellations and Returns

We understand plans change. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If the item has not been shipped yet, we will process the cancellation. However, if the item is already dispatched, we may deduct the shipping fee before issuing a refund.

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In case of a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional charge.


 Payments and Security

We accept all major credit and debit cards via trusted payment gateways. Every transaction is encrypted and secure. Hamro Appliances does not store any credit card or banking information.

All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure servers or third-party platforms like PayPal or Stripe, depending on your selection at checkout.


 Warranty & Repairs

We provide a 1-year repair warranty on many of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Structural or frame issues
  • Electrical malfunctions (where applicable)
  • Faults present at the time of delivery

Not Covered:

  • Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or mishandling
  • Stains, water exposure, or moisture-related issues
  • Normal wear and tear

 If your product qualifies, we will either:

  • Send a replacement part, or
  • Arrange a repair service (depending on the issue)

Important: You must report any issues within 3 days of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos for verification.

Product Availability & Stock

We work hard to keep our inventory updated. However, on rare occasions, a product may become unavailable after your order is placed.

  • In such cases, you will be promptly notified.
  • We will offer either a full refund or an alternative product option.
